The Live Oak Allee of Brookgreen Gardens was the setting for this debut event, sponsored by The Friends of Brookgreen. The “Run for the Roses” was telecasted on a big screen and guests enjoyed horseracing-themed games, raffles and an auction featuring equine sculptures by Dan Ostermiller.
