The delicious Myrtle Beach Seafood Festival returns this fall

Hosted by the City of Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Downtown Redevelopment Corporation, the Myrtle Beach Seafood Festival returns for its third year bigger and better than ever. The 2018 festival has expanded to three days (October 5–7) and will celebrate our multitude of delicious seafood restaurants and eateries along the Grand Strand.

Held at Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place (between Eighth and Ninth avenues north) in downtown Myrtle Beach, the festival is free to attend. The main attraction is, of course, the delicious seafood, but there will be all kind of fun throughout the weekend. Attendees can enjoy kid-friendly activities, two beer stations and a car show. Saturday will also include a cornhole tournament sponsored by Coastal Tailgating.

Live entertainment will be on the stage throughout the festival, so be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket if you plan on settling in for a great outdoor concert. Enjoy music from local favorites like The Fantastic Shakers, The Catalinas, The Entertainers, Jim Quick & Coastline and more.

Getting your grub on is very uncomplicated at this festival. There are no tickets to purchase—simply purchase food directly from the participating vendors. Come hungry to enjoy beachside views, great music, ice-cold beer and the fresh seafood the Grand Strand is known for.
